The Green Muscles Breakfast

I have made my first video! It makes sense to me that it was my breakfast 'cause I have had this breakfast almost every single morning since August, and I'm still not sick of it. My husband started eating it in January, and he has had it every morning since! Have a look at my delicious, very addicting breakfast.

The recipe for my Green Muscles Oatmeal Breakfast is: 

15g almonds (13 pieces)
10g hemp hearts
10g chia seeds
1 tbls raw agave syrup
1 cup rice milk

Eat straight away for a crunch or leave for 15 minutes, or overnight in the fridge, for a more porridge like consistency. Enjoy!

10g hempfrø
10g chiafrø
1 spiseskje agave sirup
2,5dl rismelk

Spis med en gang hvis du liker litt tyggemotstand som meg, eller la stå i 15 min, eller over natten i kjøleskap, hvis du foretrekker en litt mer grøtaktig konsistent. Nyt!
